The hotel is located in a quiet area on the Mae Nam beach. The beach is private only for the hotel guests and is clean as well as the sea. There are pretty much no waves so it is suitable for swimming and families with small children alike. There is also a pool in the hotel with sunbeds around. They are also located on the beach with a parasol for your convenience. The breakfast was rich - assorted fruit, bread, cheese and ham, eggs prepared the ways you want at the spot, and many more. Definitely satisfaction. We stayed in a bungalow with a large bathroom, refrigerator and a fan and A/C (we found it really cool to have an A/C blowing directly in the fan which allowed us to use the A/C in the "low" mode and still had a pleasant, cool and fresh environment in the room. We were also provided with two bottles of water every day. There is a "no stress area" inside the hotel and it definitely is a no stress area. Plenty of trees, bushes, flowers, beach within a two-minute walk from the bungalow. You can also have a massage in the hotels spa and I highly recommend it.

We had a very good bungalow near the pool and in view of the sea. The bungalow was very cosy and comfortable, perhaps the only minor criticism would be the water pressure was not very high but that was due to the water heating system they use in the room. It was cleaned daily and sheets changed perhaps every 3 days or so. The restaurant was very low key and not renown for its food so after the first time we used it for appetizers we did not use again. Even the cocktails were rather watered down and not too palatable. The beach was pleasant and quiet with sun loungers for the guests. Overall it was a good stay, mostly low key area with a few restaurants of which we tried about three and were good. The biggest criticism would be trying to communicate with the staff was rather hard, as the majority of them do not speak anything other than Thai, which was rather frustrating at times, but hey we were in Thailand. Naomi at the reception was brilliant, spoke good English and was very helpful indeed and pleasant too. The biggest star of the show.

During our Thailand trip we stayed in 7 different Hotel/Resort and here, in Pinnacle we had the best breakfasts. Huge variaty, hot and cold meals, every day something different, thai and american cuisine, foods for vegetarian europen people too. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We had many questions, needs regarding day trips, outside activities and reception was always ready to fulfill our needs. We received a lot of help with kidness. The beach is small and bit dirty, but if that is not your main program for the day, this is also good enough. We liked the location of the resort. You can find lot of things (service and shopping options) nearby, but still quiete place with a green area in a tropical environment. You can discover all Koh Samui from here easily. We loved it! It was a perfect New Year time for an active group of friends. We are planning to come back for a relaxing holiday as a couple...

The room was well-maintained and lovely. The food at the hotel was fantastic; after trying Pad Thai at six different restaurants, this one was undoubtedly the best! They were also helpful in ensuring we reached the pier on time, providing their own hotel car service. I wish we could have stayed a bit longer, actually!

The beach is also very nice and you can eat your breakfast while having a nice view at the ocean. It is just a view meters away from the ferry station to koh pangan and koh tao, which was very practical when you plan just to stay for one night in Koh Samui before heading to the smaller islands.
